| Gregory Michael Gregory Michael is a young actor who is known for his television roles. He currently plays the role of “Grant”, a frat boy in the ABC family TV production, Greek. This should not be too difficult a role for Gregory who has been starring in other television series since 2003. His interest in acting, however, goes well before that television debut. Gregory Michael was born on May 30, 1981 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was already active in the local community theater at a young age, the experience providing him with much-needed acting experience that would later aid him land roles in television. Gregory attended Pennsylvania State University but decided to move to New York to follow his dreams. Once in New York, his first career-related stop was at the Walt Disney Company. There he signed up for work at Orlando’s Disney World as a character performer. His next stop was Universal Studios. His work there was practically the same as his previous job at Disney World. He had to sing, dance and perform comedy. When he went back to New York, however, he managed to land an actual television role in nothing less than the popular soap opera As the World Turns. He took on the role of Clark Watson for 32 episodes or an equivalent of more than seven months. What is good about Gregory is that he continues taking acting classes, hoping to improve his acting and his chances at moving up. He then starred in the slightly horror soap opera, Dante’s Cove where he played one half of a gay couple. It was certainly a different role and a different series but it failed to make waves. Greek, Gregory’s current show, however is a better move. |
